Environmental Justice

Now over 8 years old, the Environmental Justice (EJ) ministry was founded to guide CCSM in becoming a climate church. The ministry promotes creation care through its numerous initiatives which include generating renewable solar energy at the church, encouraging church members to install solar at home, providing recycling services of home plastics, developing a resilient hub at the church to provide services in times of emergencies, and providing presentations and programs on the climate crisis among other activities.
